The space

This lovely apartment, refurbished in 2014 and just a few metres from the famous Lago Martiánez and its beach, is surrounded by every amenity you need for a thoroughly pleasant stay.
The apartment has a balcony facing the main avenue, furnished with a beautiful iron and marble garden set, perfect for watching the sunset. The living-dining room has a comfortable chaise-longue sofa bed that can sleep a third guest, along with a table for three and a latest-generation Samsung TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the cookware and small appliances you need, plus a microwave, fridge, hob and oven. There is a cupboard for cleaning products and a bedroom with a double bed, charming bedside tables, a large wardrobe and another Samsung TV. The bathroom has a shower tray, an electric water heater and a 7 kg top-loading washing machine.

The whole apartment is freely accessible to guests, except for part of the wardrobe’s upper shelf, reserved for the cleaning team.
