The space

This brand-new apartment, fully refurbished in June 2024, is located in the Punta Brava area, right on the beach. Inspired by the sea and the ocean, the property is energy self-sufficient and has everything you need for your stay.
Every window offers wonderful views of the beach and the Puerto de la Cruz coastline.
The living-dining room has a comfortable sofa bed, a charming coffee table and a 50in smart TV. The dining area seats five, and the fully equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, combination oven-microwave, extractor hood, a spacious fridge and small appliances to make everything easier.
Rest peacefully in our bedroom, with a 160×200 cm double bed, wardrobe and desk. The second bedroom has a 90×180 cm trundle bed.

High-speed WiFi is available throughout the property, ideal for streaming, gaming or working remotely.
