The space

This lovely newly built apartment (2025) is on the first floor of our TORTUGA AZUL building and has its own independent entrance from the street. As you step inside you are greeted by the living-dining room, with a table for three, a large comfortable sofa, a latest-generation TV and a desk for working. This is completed by our fully equipped kitchen, so the family chefs have everything they need to amaze their guests with their creations. A dishwasher and washer-dryer round off the apartment’s equipment. Restful sleep is guaranteed in our bedroom, which has a comfortable 135×200 cm bed and a latest-generation TV for your favourite channels. The bathroom is next to the bedroom and has a double washbasin and a shower tray. The property has air conditioning in both rooms.
