The space

This newly built apartment in the Punta Brava area is just a few metres from the beach. Inspired by living nature, the property is energy self-sufficient and has everything you need for your stay.
The living-dining room has a comfortable sofa bed, a charming coffee table and a 43in smart TV. The dining area seats four, and the fully equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, a spacious fridge and small appliances to make everything easier.
Rest peacefully in our bedrooms: the master has a 180×200 cm double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and a window looking straight out over the Atlantic. The other bedroom has a 90×200 cm bed, wardrobe, dressing table and another lovely window facing the sea.
High-speed WiFi is available throughout the property, ideal for streaming, gaming or working remotely.

The staircase is the only shared area of the property.

The property is entirely for guests’ use and the only shared area is the staircase. As this is a ground-floor apartment, the only spaces shared with the other apartment are the main street entrance and the stair landing.
